Eng. Channa Silva is an international renewable energy consultant and technical trainer with over 15 years of experience in solar PV and energy storage technologies. He holds a Master of Engineering Science in Solar & Renewable Energy from the University of New South Wales, Australia and a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Technology Sydney. He has contributed to more than 1 GW of solar PV projects globally and currently serves as a consultant to UNICEF and United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), supporting decarbonization and battery energy storage initiatives aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
